How do you deliver my order?  

We want you to get your Culture Stories goods as quickly as possible. Culture Stories aims to process all orders within 24 hours. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is dispatched and we will inform you if there are any unexpected delays along the way. We use only trusted postal and courier services to ensure that your order gets to you quickly and safely.

Can I track my order? 

You can track your order using the link on your dispatch confirmation email.

Do you charge for delivery? 

As a small independent company we are not yet in a position to offer free shipping – but we are working on it! In the meantime there are fixed delivery charges for UK, Europe and Worldwide orders. For some specific items there might be delivery surcharge, particularly if they are oversized or require a courier. There might also be added split delivery charges for some countries, special oversized products or goods that come directly from an artist’s atelier. We always endeavour to make these charges as small as possible. Delivery pricing is always clearly marked on the website.

How long does your standard delivery take?

Your goods will be transported by a trusted postal or courier service, depending on where in the world you live. For orders with the UK delivery time is within 3 working days. For the European Union you can expect your delivery within 3 to 5 working days. For the rest of the world delivery takes 5 to 7 working days. For international orders going outside the European Union, your customs office might hold goods for checks or ask you to pay national sales tax. If you live outside the EU we will not charge you any sales tax when you shop with us, but Culture Stories cannot be held liable for your country asking you to pay national taxes or fees.

What if I get a faulty product?

We hope you love your Culture Stories purchases but if there is a problem with an item please get in touch. If a product is faulty when you receive it you can return it for free for a full refund. Please let us know that there is a problem at sales@culturestories.co . You will be provided with all necessary instructions to return the product for free within 14 days. Please make sure your items are returned new, unused, in their original packaging and with tags attached.

Will I get a refund? 

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. All payments are processed and refunded in pounds (GBP).

How do I return a product? 

We hope you are happy with your Culture Stories goods, but if you aren’t sure about an item you can return it – no questions asked – within 14 days.  To exercise your right of return, please fill in the Returns Form that came with your order package and send the item back to us. Please return your order no later than 14 days from the day you received it. Please make sure your items are returned new, unused, in their original packaging and with tags attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

For orders returned within the EU we will issue a full refund including all sales taxes and the initial shipping costs paid by you. You bear only the cost of shipping the returned order to us. Outside the EU, customs duties and local sales taxes are non-refundable through Culture Stories. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. Returns should be addressed to:
