The above limitation of our liability does not affect your rights in case of death, personal injury from our negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation by us or our employees or agents.
All orders are subject to our acceptance and products (“Products”) in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is not our acceptance of your order, but a confirmation that we have received it. We will accept your offer and conclude the sales contract only by email confirming that the Products have been dispatched. Any sales contract is concluded in London, England and the language of the contract is English.
We reserve the right not to accept an order in the event that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, that items you orders are out of stock or shipping restrictions apply.
7. Prices and Payment
Prices on our Website are in British Pounds and inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate, unless otherwise indicated.
Customers ordering Products to countries outside the European Union will incur the applicable import duty and tax. If your order from outside the European Union, we recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine any duties and taxes before you complete your purchases.

Payment will debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order by Culture Stories. You confirm that the credit/debit card that you use is yours or that your have been authorised by the owner of the card to use it.
We use SSL technology to make sure that your shopping experience is safe and secure. But in the absence of any negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you might incur if a third party procures unauthorised access to any of your data.
8. Delivery of Your Products
We aim to dispatch all orders in due course and will inform you of any delays.
You will own products you ordered from us from the later point of time when we receive full payment or when we deliver the products to you.
The goods are your responsibility from the time we deliver them to the address you gave us.
9. Returns or Exchanges of Faulty Products
If your ordered Product is faulty when you receive it, we will exchange it for free or you can return it for free for a refund. In this case, please request a Returns Authorisation Number from email@example.com and return the faulty item within 14 days of receiving the Returns Authorisation Number. You will be provided with all necessary instructions to return the faulty Product.
10. Cancelling Your Order under EU Consumer Law
If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 days after you have received your ordered products at the address you gave us.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will receive all necessary instructions for how to return your cancelled orders via email. Please return cancelled orders without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you communicated your cancellation of the contract to us.
For orders cancelled under EU Law, we will issue you with a full refund including the initial shipping costs paid by you. However, you have to bear the costs of returning the products.
We may make a deduction from your refund in case of any loss in value of any products supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
